What do you guys think?(Please vote now)

I've been wanting to make a NEW GOAL weight for myself.

First of all I must say that I find the whole goal weight thing a bit odd because you really dont know which 'number" you need to be at (on the scale) but instead I think its how your clothes fit that matters.

Well...I now weigh 134. I am 5ft 1. 42 years old. Medium build. When I started at 170 lbs I thought 139 would be an ideal goal weight. I have no idea why?! Maybe I just thought back to my past when i weighed around that number and I looked pretty good. (To be honest with you I wasnt sure id do that well and I wanted to have a REALISITC goal!)

NOW that Im at 134 I still feel I want to be thinner. I made a new goal of 130.

Now...... How do you all think I should go about getting there? Im currently eating around 30-35 carbs per day and workin out 3 days a week(moderately)..30 mins of cardio and some weight training.

Do you think I should:

1) go down 5 carbs to around 25?
2) Eat as 'cleanly" as possible? (Meaning take out all sa's and products)? --although I dont use them often and eat 90% natural foods.
3) Just do MORE excersize and keep eating the way I am?
4)Go back to induction level carbs.
5) Go back to "srict" induction.
6) NONE OF THE ABOVE. LOL (Another suggestion?)

(Please vote now).-----------Im doin this tongue in cheek but actually its really important to me to get y'all's opinion.

Thanx so much...

Congrats on making it to goal.

My vote is for #2 and #3 and add at least 100 ounces of water daily.

HI

I have to say that the actual weight number isn't all that important to me; its more about how I feel, and what's easy to maintain without stressing out. (realistic goal)

I'm leaning toward your #3...if you are toned and healthy, who cares about the weight number...the tape measure is more important than the scale.

Best wishes

lol thnx you guys.

OK Ive decided *as an experiment* to try to LOWER my calories and carbs by 5 (to around 25). Also Im going to eat CLEANLY (no sf chocolate!). FOr my 'sweet treat" Im doin sf jello with homemakde whipped cream and of course my decaf with hc and sf syrup.

Im tryin this FIRST to see if it works.

Ive done it for 2 days and already feel lighter. Even though its my TOM I like this new feeling. Eating cleanly really does feel better than adding the low carb 'products" BUT I must say I wont write them off permanently

NOt ready to do THAT yet
