Vintage Maintainers...SATURDAY
Well blow me down. Finished the liver/gall bladder flush with results this morning....ASTOUNDING. So far I got over a hundred brilliant green stones and countless particles of gravel. A dozen stones were the size of a navy bean with one a 1/2 inch in diameter.
When dry they will half fill a teacup. That couldn't have been too easy on the gall bladder. My technique is an improvement on the Hulda Clark standard...but NOTHING will make a cupful of cold epsom salts (with a dissolved ounce) palatable. I cut it to 2 doses though and she had you drinking 4! Bob' system is slower and we are awaiting his results. Perhaps since he has 1 foot less colon than I makes the difference. Can't quite decide what to do for breakfast...light would be best I imagine. We're going to the NY Ukrainian Festival and a dinner somewhere....maybe at KIEV (an old Russian standard.) A nice weekend to everyone.

I pulled I pulled....I choked and pulled-----I half choked and pulled-----I no choked and pulled pulled pulled Then, I broke the holding handle off the d*med blasted thing Tried pulling and pulling----Thought about throwing it across the yard but the neighbors might see. . SO!!! When Roy (DH) gets home if he doesn't take me to get one that I can run without popping an artery I'll go get one myself!!!! So, Tell me---do you suppose that I burned off a bijillion fat calories doing that????? I can't tell you how I am today.....I'll have to wait and see. ![]() |

Roger what amazing results. I'm impressed. What are you going to do with the stones and gravel after they dry out? I know take a picture for us. I want to see them. This must be the best results you have had. Enjoy that Ukranian Festival. Good food there.
Jackie sorry about that weed wacker. I sure know where you are coming from. We had to put ours in the vise to support it in order to start it. The fellow at the repair shop (our gas all leaked out) showed me an easy start Husquevarna (sp). Just pull gently on the cord and it will start. IT would not start for him.I really want an electric one. I appreciate you pain. Julie I guess I got confused with your abd bloating and thought it was an edema problem. Not too easy to get me confused. Enjoy your lunch at Ivar's today. SuSun I made the coconut pie but somehow it was WET. My coconut came from the freezer and maybe it had too much moisture content. Pretty good tasting pie though. I sure don't feel any surge of energy from the b vitamins. Maybe I'm not swallowing them right. What is that brand???? Linda I did see the Dreamfields Pasta at the WM but I am going to pass on it for now. What about this Heidelberg brand of natural bread? Will I find it a WM? That pumpernickle sounds like something I might like. Ginny are you getting all of this rain we have here? Rain most of yesterday and most of the night. Cooler temps also. Shawnee that super supper with the Rock Cod sounds so good. I had some fresh fish DH caught the other evening. He let me eat it all. He just caught that one but it was nice, I gave him some of it. I have not seen cosmos plants just the seeds. Mine are coming up nicely out by the mail box. I will have to replace some drowned ageratum. l8ter g8ters Loretta Last edited by Loretta V : 05-15-2004 at 10:11 AM. |

Roger, I too guess that flush was good. I have no idea why or how you do it. Guess you know what you're doing.
Jacki, my goodness girl, get you a new one for pete's sake. Of course you burned a bijillion fat calories. geez!! Well today is our Washington (Seattle) lunch get together on the waterfront. I'm catching the ferry shortly to meet 6 others and their spouses. One is coming from just cross the border from Canada by plane, one from across the Cascades Mts., one from southern Washington on the train and some more from around the Seattle area. I will have that darn hour long ferry ride but will get to read my book. This should be so much fun meeting all these people. I do know Mary from Renton but not the others. Hope we all like each other in person. Will check in later....

Hi everyone,
Roger, I NEED to know more about that flush. Boy with the gall bladder problems in my side of the family, it is something I would seriously consider. Oh Boy a UKI festival!! Love those things almost as much as the Montana Testy Festy. ( lol do a search for some interesting pictures) We have quite a large population of Russian, Ukrainian, Polish here and they put on wonderful, food filled festivals. They should be starting soon here.Jackie, Get a new one ASAP! Before you blow an artery. That is just too much to deal with. Life is too short to put up with that aggravation. Loretta, Our local Wally world carries that brand as does our Giant. Perhaps if you did an on line search you might find a store locater. I just love it. Yumm, fresh fish!! Nothing can beat that. Wish our Susquehanna and Chenango rivers weren't so darn dirty. I might take up fishing again. Humm, if I quit my job, maybe the Delaware and Salmon rivers wouldn't be too far of a drive. ![]() Julie, We want DETAILS ASAP. Hope you enjoyed every minute of it and gave Shady a big hug from me. BTW how did the super, duper glue do fixing that broken tooth? Shawnee, Wow on the haircut! You look wonderful and so darn young. Got a phone call shortly after 5 AM after only three hrs sleep. Baby sitting time. UGH! Water broke, contractions 4 minutes apart, but the stubborn little guy didn't make an appearance until 4:30 this afternoon. Meet Nicholas Peter..8 lbs. 11 oz, 21 inches long with a head full of black hair. ![]() Rest of the family. ![]() Last edited by LoveMontana : 05-15-2004 at 08:25 PM. |

Quick reply Linda, get back over to our bb. I added a few comments and one was for you...
Congrats on the new grandbaby!! Big one huh? He is sooooo cute, little Nicholas. My oldest is Nicholas Charles! Beautiful kids, all 3. Love the dark hair, take after their grandma. Be back later, I'm scattered tonight. Trying on clothes and trying to decide what to wear in Reno. Hate that esp. when I'm not sure what the temps going to do. Cold at night and 67-77 during the day. Big gap for me. Off.... |
