NEW MOM BACK ON ATKINS
I am a proud new mom to a beautiful little boy and am ready to get back to atkins. Aidan Kenneth was born on march 8th, a day that i will never forget after being in the hospital for two weeks prior with preaclampsia. It was a rough ride but all worth it in the end. Prior to getting pregnant i was doing very well on atkins and lost 30 lbs, when i found out i was pregnant i went of atkins and tried to control the pregnancy gain but to no avail i put on 55 lbs. Since giving birth i have lost 31 lbs only the last 10 on induction which is going on 2 weeks tomorrow. What i'm looking for are any woman out there in the same boat that can give each other support, and ideas on how to make it all work when your day is devoted to a newborn and not yourself anymore. If there are any of you out there i'll be here taking it one day at a time. Heather
