Yogurt is ok to eat depending where you are in the program. On going weight loss I believe allows it. Not sure about induction, I don't think it is allowed there. On maintainence you can eat it as long as you are able to keep it in control. HTH. |

I second Loretta on that Blue Bunny Lite. I ate it all through OWL and into Maintenance and still eat it.
