Shawnee Back lady. We really missed you. Now tell us all about your new computer. What did you get?

Barb, I'm with you on the two homes..City and country would be the best of both worlds.

Julie, we will want lots of pictures when you get together for the Bishon event. Those little guys are so cute.

Susan, hopefully you didn't go to work today. You need to rest and recover.

Loretta, we are all waiting to hear about the goodies you picked up during your trip. Did you get those sausages?

Waving to everyone else. I'm off to my mom's again to help pack and wash some walls.
She went to see a woman who lives in that bldg. yesterday and has found that she may need some more furniture. It's much larger than she thought so some fun shopping will be done very soon.

Linda, that kind of shopping would be fun The hard part for me is justifying spending the $$$ (well, the old table is fine if you glue the leg back together LOL) Have fun with your cleaning

Not much new here, rain moving in and colder this weekend. Still have the windows open until the last second, just love that fresh air. Wallyworld FINALLY got in the cheapie sandals that I like. I was able to throw out the old pair that was falling apart, but had to hang on to just in case. Got me 2 pairs this time $4.50 ain't bad for a summer's wear and pitch.

Well, all, off to work soon. Hope everyone is doing well!

BTW, Shawnee, what kind of 'puter did you get?

Yes Shawnee what kind of computer did you get???? Will you be using xp now?? I was about to take mine out to the lake this am. I hope I last for a while longer with it. Glad you are back to posting.

Well Linda we got some more soup noodles for DH. Seems like we can no longer find the kind he wants locally. Brought back several pieces of veal for Parmasean. Dh likes any kind of smoked fish too and picked up some of that. They have the freshest veggies too. Just an assortment. Your mom will have fun decorating her new place.

Ginny glad you found your sandals. Good price too. Funny how we get our favorites and nothing else is quite the same.
We have some furniture similar to what you are describing but Dh says he has Patina. We have lots of that around here.

Hi everybody,

We are ushering tonight to see a show for free. It's called AUNT DAN AND LEMON with Lily Taylor (Six Feet Under) and kristen Johnson (Third Rock From The Sun). I HATE ushering, but i broke down just this once.

A warmish fog all day. I think our rain will beigin overnight and go all day tomorrow (but 60's). Then COLD AGAIN

I did go into work today. It was not too bad, glad when it was quittin time! Lots of extra strength tylenol every 4 hours so pretty drugged!

back HOME! to those MIA, me too just returning after a short furlough!

Good to be back posting and reading here.

Just lost a long post, due to my own carelessness... but still p*sses me just the same ...

So, HUGS to the MANY of you who could use one...and send one back, I need one also

The new puter is another HP...and XP system...and got a flat screen, panel monitor. The XP is kinda different, but so far I have managed to get the printer and Digital Camera software going...have the Scanner and some other stuff yet to go...but brain-tired, so that can wait.

I'm using my Yahoo addy for now; problem with Outlook...I can receive but not send E mail.

To ALL, take care, recover...and find contentment.
