A sad post

This morning at 10:15 my father passed on to heaven. When he left he was surrounded by all his loved ones. He was very loved and there will forever be a hurting empty spot in our hearts. thank you all for your kindness, prayers and support.

OMG Jacki, I'm so sorry for your loss!

Thank goodness you have the good times and memories to remember your dad. The hurt it seems, never goes away, even with time. I lost my dad a year ago and it seems as if it was yesterday.

My father passed away 2 years ago this February and I still miss him each and every day. Not to say that the pain doesn't get easier to bear - it just sticks around somewhere in the back of your mind to creep out when you least expect it.

Be thankful that you were able to be with your Dad and let him know how much he was loved. I took comfort in knowing that my father had no doubt how much I loved him.

Jacki,

We are so sorry for the loss of your father. You were there for him and did everything possible for him. He knew it and am sure was very grateful for you and your siblings. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

((( HUGS ))) Jackie. I was so saddened to hear of your father's passing. It seems like he passed so quickly. I am happy that the family was with him at the last. What a comforting death for him and the family. Your family is in my prayers.
