HI Oriana,
I, personally, am not on any "formal" diet plan. I use a combination of Atkins, Protein Power, Sugarbusters, Suzanne Somers and Carbohydrate Addicts as my maintainence plan. I use the principles of CAD to indulge in some sugary sweets on special occasions. I've heard both positive and negative reviews of this plan. I think personally you need to find what works for YOU! Everyone is a little different. I honestly think CAD is better for maintainence than for actually losing weight. But, if you can't stick with a stricter plan, CAD may be for you. Good luck.

I tried CAD or actually CALP after my first week or so of induction. It only awakened the carb cravings so I went back to Atkins. I KNOW I can never eat real sugar again. Thank god for Splenda and sugar alcohols.
Smiley is right, everyone needs to find their own way. What works for one, may not work for another. |
