Hi Jonah's granny

Welcome here to the maintain lane and a big CONGRATULATIONS on reaching goal. It is quite an accomplishment and so wonderful to be able to maintain the weight loss.

You sure are aiming lower by heading for a size 2. I wasn't even aware of such a small size.

Best of luck and post here often with us. We always seem to be trying new recipes. Let us on to some of your maintaining secrets.

Wow and congratulations. A size 2?? Holy cow, in my wildest dreams I couldn't get myself into that. I can wear a 3/4 or a boys 14 jeans now, but these wide hips will never be small enough for a size 2.
Glad to have you on board. Please post often.

Not sure where London is located.

Loretta, London is about 75 miles South of Lexington just off I75. It is about half way between Lexington and Knoxville, TN. I now live in South Carolina. I don't think I've ever been to Benton, KY but have heard of it. Congrats on your success with this WOE. I hope I can maintain as the rest of you have.

What do you eat?

You must have to eat very little to maintain a size 2! Care to share a typical day on Atkins?

Hi Jonah's Granny...nice to meet you. I'm kinda new to this board also. While I haven't reached my goal I'm trying really hard and they suffer my presence here on Maintain Lane. Nice bunch of folks!

Oriana - I still don't eat a whole lot. I don't have any trouble wearing most Size 2's, except for jeans. I still need a 4 in jeans and a dress. Actually my menu is pretty simple. I don't like to cook and never fool with recipes. My breakfast consists of Blue Bunny Lite SF Yogurt mixed with a little peanutbutter. For lunch I have another BB Lite Yogurt. Usually in the afternoon I will have another BB Yogurt. For dinner some type of lean meat with either a green veggie or a salad. I eat Salmon a lot. The only thing I drink is water and coffee. I try to watch fat, calories, and carbs. I take CLA twice a day and Phase II Starchblocker with my evening meal. You might say I am doing the Modified Yogurt Fast which is very popular on the Century Club Board. I very rarely have any of the bars or shakes. I do have a couple pieces of the SF candy just about everyday.
