Hi Nl
I am not sure which ones you want to stop. I do not take any of those you mentioned. Here is some info on two of them.
I take Omega 3 Fish Oil, Postassium, and a multivit. I also take some lecithine and vit b 5 and that is about it for me.

COQ10 - official name in CoenzymeQ10. It is especially important for diabetes and heart disease patients but is recommended for everyone. It has been used as a cancer preventative and as a cancer treatment. Look for COQ10 in oil filled gel caps. 90 to 100 mg daily unless you have a heart condition then one should to 100 to 300mg daily. (Unless you have a family history of cancer I might eliminate this one)

Chromium Picolinate - it’s important and most individuals that are overweight are deficient in it. It helps the body absorb nutrients better. Helps to burn stored fat. 200-400mcg daily. (Since you are no longer over weight, I might skip this one too.)

HTH some.

Thanks Loretta,

I think I'll just go with my multi-with chaste berry and some omega oils and see how it goes.

needed all the other stuff to lose but now I don't need to do that anymore. Yay! They are so expensive I want to take the least that I can get away with.

What is lecithine for? do you take a supplement or just use it for a thinckener in cooking?

I have a high cholesterol problem, heriditary. I take lecithin granules spriinkled on my food, 3 x a day. It sure helped my blood lipids straighten out.
