It's THURSDAY: what are you eating?
You know, I don't know for sure what I am eating for the full day. I am having coffee with cream and bottled water for now but I am uncertain about the rest of the day. Still, recording my eating always helps me stay accountable!
What are you eating today?

I haven't planned well today . . .
B: Coffee, 4 slices of bacon
Items I have with me at work for snack, lunch, or whatever:
Spicy pork rinds
2 HB eggs
can of tuna
hearts of romaine
avocado cilantro dressing
I had planned to have the OMM for a snack, and a salad with the other items for lunch. BUT - today is the day my coworker goes to In-N-Out with his dad for lunch (standing weekly lunch date), so I might have a double-double protein style w/mustard instead of spread.
D: Probably leftovers - bacon-wrapped mini meatloaf w/broccoli

WOE: Gluten & Dairy Free
1: 3 slices bacon, coffee with HWC and 1T MCT oil
2: 2 HB eggs, 2T PB
3: Chicken veggie soup (homemade); 1/6th can lite coconut milk with 1T MCT oil diluted with a little water; slice of cheddar cheese
4: undecided... I haven't been feeling well, so it will depend on how my stomach feels when I get home so either:
Halved Brussels Spouts sautéed in bacon fat and maybe a little cooked bacon
Maybe a little coconut milk like I had at lunch
or if stomach is still upset:
1/2 can coconut milk diluted with water
1/4 C NOW egg white protein powder
2 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup
lots of ice cubes
and a dash of vanilla extract
