Lunch: diet soda, water
Dinner: turkey burgers on low carb bun, chopped kale salad, water, white wine

Doing great. Down over 4 pounds of my vacation weight gain in a week. Will keep on through the holidays.

B: Black tea with 3 truvia; hwc
L1: Roasted sea bass; sauteed peppers and onions
L2: Mixed baby greens salad with red onion, anchovies, capers, and homemade ranch dressing.
S: 1 oz. macadamia nuts
D: Probably 2 eggs scrambled with cream and cream cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice low carb bread.
