I'm hungry!

I know I had enough to eat for dinner, but I'm feeling hungry. I think I'm just tired and need to go to bed about 30 minutes ago. I think I will be dreaming of breakfast! I started back on induction Wednesday and this morning I woke up feeling so clear headed. I actually laughed and played a couple video games with my hubby and daughter today. I haven't done that in such a long time I know I am headed in the right direction

Resist the urges and the further you get in to ketosis, the more the hunger pangs will go away.

if willpower doesn't help, just eat LC stuff til you are satisfied. even if higher in cals, key is to be satisfied and LC all the way. good luck.

I found that when I've got that late evening urge to eat my best strategy is to go to bed early if I can. It's quite telling that I can go to bed feeling ravenous but awake feeling just fine so I know it was just "head hunger" the evening before.
