Eating once a day..just not hungry!

I have found myself simply not hungry so I only eat dinner..I will typically eat a LCHF meal such as steak, jalapeno poppers & a small salad..this is just a sample. I will eat until I am satisfied and I am good to go until the next evening..anyone else finding themselves eating once or twice a day max due to not being hungry?

Yep. Most of my WOE has been One Meal a Day (using foods from DANDR) which is Dinner. I do have a single coffee in the morning and late evening which helps.

I do this on the weekends and any other day I'm off work, just one meal.

During the weekdays I only have 2 - lunch and dinner.

It happens. Kind of cycles that way for me. Some days like that... other days DEFINATELY NOT!I do find that if I eat a few days in a row like that, I will be really hungry for a few days Following.

I just go with it for the most part. I am not a huge fan of eating when not hungry, I will find myself a little tired if I don't eat for a really long time so then I will eat some cheese or a hard boiled egg with mayo.

I have hypoglycemia so that doesn't work for me ...Jo in maintenance lives victoriously on one meal a day.....talk to her!

I've been experiencing some of this too - normally I just have lunch and dinner, but sometimes I find when I wake up I'm just not hungry for lunch! But I do love eating

BUT...my dinners tend to be pretty large, so I'm not sure this is the right answer here. Sometimes when I'm not doing breakfast/lunch I'll still have something light for my first meal, like herbal chai with almond milk or something just to have a few calories and make sure blood sugar doesn't get out of whack, or send my metabolism into starvation mode. Also, I'm actually trying not to lose any more weight so I also don't want to skip too often. Hmmm...
