Back in the Fold

I have been following a strict LC plansince thursday and I have to say WOW.... my results this time around are swift and dramatic... already in ketosis, no more cravings, physical energy and my mind is clear and mood is improved. Plus my stomach is already flatter woo hoo

Start Date: last start 8/11, restart 7/28/13
I have been fairly boring as I have been keeping it cheap...
Day one I had tea and splenda as well as eggs and ham with some cheddar for breakfast
lunch three slices turkey ham with cheese heated up until the cheese was melty
Dinner was linda sues cheeesy chicken and broccoli casserole with a salad

day 2
ham and eggs with coffee

leftover casserole

ham and cheese and salad

Day 3

ham and eggs

two cheese sticks

salad with chicken

Day 4

ham eggs and cheese


2 mozzerella stick
diet dr pepper

scrambled eggs

Today

ham eggs and cheese with coffee

mock danish and herbal tea

cream cheese and ham roll ups

Dinner will likely be grilled chicken with vinagre slaw and salad

all eggs cooked in butter and tons of water.
extremely dull I know but pretty darn low carb and extremely economical. I will get back to my more creative ways soon but as a veteran I was sure carb creep would occur once I started my old recipes back up and I wanted to start strong. Bullet proof coffee starts next week and I can not wait!! By the way our stats are similar

Thank you! I think maybe I also need to be more stringent and boring for better results. The first time I did LC (probably over 12 years ago now), I didn't make LC recipes, just ate protein and salad/approved veggies... and lost quickest that way.

I would looooove to be 110. I'm not sure I see that happening at 47, but I'd be happy at 125.

well.... boring gets boring! I believe today I will have fajita roll ups from the local lunch stand . My omelette did little enjoyment wise but it did its job lol...
