Woke Up Ravenous

So far, for breakfast, I have had:

a hardboiled egg
70g leftover broiled pork chop meat
right now having sugar free gelatin

Does this happen to you?

I ended up having these throughout the day:

120grams of boiled shrimp
sugar free gelatin
150grams broiled porkchop
120g steamed cauliflower
coffee and coke zero and lots of water

So I guess it's not such a bad day after all. But I did overdo the protein a bit.

That never happens to me. I wake up feeling very comfortable and stay that way for quite some time. I wonder if you might need to up your fat and lower your protein? But only if this becomes a common occurrence.

Your menu does seem pretty high in protein and low in fat (unless you just neglected to mention the fats). Eating low carb, and low fat can backfire for many people.

My thinking too. More fat in the morning will satiate when you wake up ravenous.

I have been doing more fat in the evening. Maybe that keeps me full...? I suppose because I don't want anything to eat until normally around 10 am. Which right now I'm eating a fried egg with bacon on top then a small ring of red onion, slice of cheese, spinach leaves and Sriracha sauce. It's a breakfast sandwich from a place in my building but I toss the WW muffin and just eat the inside. It's SO good.

Agree - I need to UP my fat. I tend to gravitate towards lean protein.

Yesterday I bought bacon, chicken thighs, butter and chicken wings.

It's another morning today, and I don't have an appetite!
