It's FRIDAY! What's on your menu?

B: coffee w/cream; 2 eggs and cheese in a tumoro's "everything" low-carb wrap
L: chicken, bacon, ranch, lettuce salad
D: tuna and lettuce salad w/evoo
Snack: might do a cheese, olives, nuts thing to get the calories up a little.

Happy Friday!

B: beef kibbeh meatballs dipped in sour cream

L: leftover crack slaw from yesterday

S: if needed, either 1oz Kerrygold Dubliner or 1oz TJ's marcona almonds with rosemary (hard choice!)

D: we're making rotisserie chicken wings on our grill. Maybe a small salad to go with it.

Quiche with sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, zucchini, onion, eggs

L: 15 g sunflower seeds, bone broth

D: meatballs with cabbage & onions cooked in bacon fat

snack: party tonight! I WILL stick to low carb foods! (that's why I'm bringing the meatballs/cabbage)
