It's TUESDAY! What's on your menu?

Good morning!

B: coffee w/half and half (HATE it when you pour cream in your coffee and it curdles ); Fiorucci - Prosciutto Panino, just 1, son at the rest
L: Roll-ups: deli ham and sharp cheddar rolled in lettuce leaves w/home made mayo
D: meatloaf or stuffed peppers, not sure yet, same meat recipe though , and a salad w/evoo

Totals: 1,124 calories; 19g carbs; 7g fiber; 68g protein; 87g fat

Leaving room for an iced americano with cream later -so another 100cals maybe

Dottie's, boy, ain't it the truth?? That curdling in the coffee is stuff of nightmares- perfectly good cup of coffee...RUINED

B- my cheapie BP coffee
Mid morning- protein shake with blueberries and kefir
Late lunch- green shake with various veggies
S- handful of walnuts
D- bacon wrapped shrimp or cod filet with sauteed kale

Scored a jar of leaf lard (pork) at a restaurant here in town that specializes in fresh butchered meat. Doling out a teaspoon at a time. Awesome stuff

I'm down 2lbs! I know it's water weight, but it's SO lovely to see the scale move DOWN for a change lol

B-Water, Coffee w/cream
l-tuna w/mayo and pork rinds
d-bunless burgers w/ small spinach salad

Snacks-might make a batch of hard boiled eggs?

Water water water...we MAY go to check out a new gym later.

l- bunless burger w/mayo + grape tomatoes
d- spaghetti meat sauce over zoodles

My family is zoodle-Kwazy.

I heap zoodles on platter, add some homemade marinara, dollop some ricotta on top and then the juice of a lemon and some olive oil sprinkled all over. A shaving of Parm and you can kiss that dish goodby

Perfect time of year for it, too Loads of zucchini at the markets.
I do mine with a normal tomato based meat sauce when the guys have pasta
