l-bacon and eggs w/water
d-not sure yet..will have to figure that out and come back.

It's my first day coming back to LC and I'm trying to be good about it. I'm drinking lots of water and counting all my carbs. I'm excited!

L: 2 Hot Dogs (No nitrites/No nitrates - 1 carb - 70 cals each); cheese crisp (made in the microwave)

D: 3 poached eggs w/butter, s+p; 3 bacon

Water water water

On a side note: I hit 30 lbs lost this morning (30.4 to be exact) Feel so much better and am very happy. Lots more to go, but I'm certainly on my way.

Dinner will be tacos with ground turkey meat, none of the taco seasoning on my portion, no sauce, sour cream (1 carb) shredded cheese (2 carbs) spinach (2 carbs) and hot sauce. No shells or tortillas.

Well the hubby flipped the script on me. We're going out to a steak place, so I have already "ordered" in my mind and added what I plan to get into my food tracker. *sigh*

B was 2 cups BPC whipped with a bit of hwc

L. Boca di beppo, had chicken saltambucco, pounded chicken breast , prosciutto, capers, artichoke, with lemon butter sauce (ordered gluten free style) mozzarella caprissi salad, olive oil salt pepper with fresh slices of tomato, mozzarella ,advocado, and basil.

D Atkins Shake....maybe, lunch was at 3pm, so not really hungry
