The one thing I consume every single day is coffee with creamer. The food I eat the most is eggs, but not every single day.

Coffee. Dark and black with half a packet of sweet n low. Lots of coffee. That is the only thing I HAVE to have every day. I can go without food at all, but coffee? Just shoot me and get it over.

I'm not addicted to food like I used to be so I don't think about it the same. It's just sustenance at this point.

Hands down, avocado! Usually just as is, but sometimes in the form of guac. Trader Joe's makes a fantastic one. Mmmm, guac...

nah, you are not alone out there

I WISH I loved coffee. I see so many rely on it. And use it so well in their plans. I just can't handle that taste at all.

Add me to the list of those who don't care for coffee. I start my day with a huge mug of hot tea with a bit of sugar free caramel syrup and some hwc. Yummy!

WOE: Atkins - it's a diet
Eggs and bacon with a vegetable for my first meal every day- nothing else fills me up and keeps me full for hours like this meal.

Ditto for me - I NEVER ate eggs before starting Atkins, and now I eat them almost every day and I am shocked how much I like them.

But I have to have coffee and heavy cream (one splenda). Don't even talk to me before the coffee.

This is me, too, but not out of desire (though I do like cheese). It's because it's a protein/fat source for this veg*n.

Egg whites. Luv them! Not a fan of coffee at all.

Lettuce would be the second on my list. Grill fish is up there.

No bacon for me.

Every day - coffee with HWC and Coconut oil.

I also rarely go more than a day or two without grassfed beef - it's definitely my favorite *meal*

I could drink Lime Perrier all day long!

Coffee is good too.

For food-food items I'd say bacon or eggs.

I have a pretty varied diet, so I there isn't a food I eat every single day (although I often have eggs for dinner). I do, however, drink a cup of tea with sweetner and HWC every morning.

My breakfast protein shake. I scoop chocolate whey isolate, a splash of heavy cream and 1 tbl EV coconut oil. Quick and easy.

It's a double shot of espresso with 2 T Saco brand cocoa (a mix of natural and dutched), 1 cup steamed whole milk or coconut milk, and sweetener to taste. Sometimes I add a bit of orange extract to make it a Cafe Valencia. If you don't have a cappuccino maker, it's a worthwhile investment that will save you money. I definitely recommend the pump style over the steam style machines. I have had many, and the last one I got was a Mr. Coffee from Target.
