It's Wednesday! What's on your plate?

Good morning!

B: coffee w/cream (3 or 4 ), couple of chicken livers sauteed in evoo w/salt and pepper (didn't feel like making it into a pate this morning!)
L: leftover tilapia and kimchi from yesterday
S: ground beef and cabbage w/a little bacon fat

Good soggy morning. Very wet here in the Northeast.

B: 3 thin slices of ham w/cream cheese rolled inside.

L: Leftover ribeye; sliced tomato w/mayo

D: If working the ball game (weather permitting), it'll be a bunless cheeseburger; if no game, I'll probably stop and get some chicken and do something with that, plus a veggie.

Lots of water.

Good morning! I'm on a 6-week clean eating plan (which I will temporarily suspend if I reach goal before then), and feeling great.

B: Black tea with 2 Stevia and HWC
L1: Chicken tenders made with a coconut flour coating; Creamed spinach made with gouda cheese
L2: Salad of mixed greens, vidalia onions, and half an heirloom tomato with EVOO/lemon juice
S: Smoked trout with brown mustard and pickled jalapenos
D: Probably 2 scambled eggs with vidalia onions and diced ham; 1 slice homemade low carb toast with cream cheese and hot sauce.

1 cup coffee with 2 tbsp. half and half
1 chicken breast half sautéed in olive oil with 1g carb alfredo sauce

1.5 chicken breast halves sautéed in olive oil with 1g carb alfredo sauce
Large salad with broccoli, cauliflower, and mixed greens, with blue cheese and ranch dressing

Unknown, probably pork chops and spinach

Cream cheese blended with whipped heavy whipping cream and some combination of unsweetened high fat dutch cocoa / vanilla extract / high fat, peanuts only PB
