New to low-carb

I have a few questions. I am trying to follow metabolism miracle diet. I lost 7.2lbs in week one. I am in week two and I have gained back 2lbs. Just wondering if I this is normal. This diet really seems to help I feel better. I am also trying to incorporate more exercise and I am drinking plenty of water. I really haven't noticed any changes in my clothing fit either. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know about that diet. but...I do know that on almost every weight loss plan it's normal to have ups and downs. Sometimes daily, sometimes weekly....everyone is different. Very few people lose weight every day, or every week, and sometimes even every month! As long as the overall trend is downward, you are doing something right

Yes, very normal. Especially is you are incorporating exercise. Your body adjusts to new exercise stimulus by building not only muscle but strengthening connective tissue. You will lose again, but probably not as fast or as predictably.

If you could see my weight loss chart from 330 to 140, it is very spikey. Two steps forward, one back...occasionally 3-4 steps forward and 1 back...but always forward.

Patience is the key.
