It's THURSDAY! What on your menu for today?

B: coffee w/1/2&1/2 (out of HWC); pancakes made with my own mix of coconut, almond, flax meal stuff topped with an egg and a drizzle of s/f syrup and butter
L: "pan" pizza (pan cook some cheese to melt, top with a little sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions)
S: pork chop; lettuce w/evoo

Totals: 1,056 calories; 30g carbs; 10g fiber; 60g protein; 80g fat

L: Deviled eggs; dill pickle spears

D: Bunless cheeseburger at the baseball game.

Lots of water throughout the day.

D Crock pot cabbage hamburger layer w onions,garlic,pepper,fresh basil,spices,homemade salsa+natural tomato sauce,Pea salad,sf tea.Blue+strawberries
Pineapple+peas not lc.My Drs advised me no to Atkins so I promised I would add fruit and vegs.I have internal bleeding due to gastritis+chronic pancreatitis.Drink gallon +water
