B: coffee w/heavy cream
L: 1/2 cup Peggy's EZ ham salad (http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...deluxe-ez.html) in romaine leaves
S: 6oz burger patty w/pepper jack cheese; romaine and tomato salad w/Italian dressing

d - atkins shake and fat bomb

2 fried eggs, 4 bacon
L Tuna salad with mayo and chopped celery/sprinkle of dill weed/celery seed and might add 1/2boiled egg 0r left over baked chicken and brussels sprouts with bacon.
D- don't know yet, need more meat

I am modifying my WOE so some choices may look odd to you.

B - 1 cup of Full Fat Plain Yogurt. 1/2 cup of raw blueberries.

L - another Potluck. Focusing on the veggies, the chicken salad was made with Low Fat mayo. :sad:

D - Rotisserie Chicken, Creamy Sauteed Cabbage, leftover veggies.

B: Black tea with 1 stevia and HWC
L1: Chicken breast roasted with a sauce of cheddar cheese, parsley flakes, mayo, and garlic powder; onion rounds wrapped in bacon
L2: Power greens salad with vidalia onions and smoked mackeral with EVOO/lemon juice
S: Deli roast beef and gouda cheese
D: Two eggs scrambled with gouda cheese and onions

Happy almost Friday!

B: 2 eggs scrambled with organic spinach and onion, 3 slices bacon, coffee with CO and coconut milk

L: Atkins frozen concoction (not the best choice but all I have today)

D: hoping for a grass fed burger sauteed in onion and peppers, creamed cauli with lotsa butter and sliced tomatoes

For lunch I had fish (haddock) with bell pepper sauce.

For dinner I'm having beef steak with pepper sauce :D

L: grilled chicken with salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced olives, shredded cheese, ranch dressing
D: hamburger with cheese wrapped in a lettuce leaves and mayo, tomatoes slices

1053 calories, Fat: 73%, Protein: 22%, Carbs: 5%
