It's TUESDAY! What's on your menu today?
 
Good morning!
B: just coffee w/cream so far. Maybe a hard boiled egg later
L: chicken salad (boiled chicken thigh meat, hard boiled egg, home made mayo, salt, pepper) in romaine leaves; chicken broth from cooking the thighs
S: chicken thighs (can you tell I bought a BIG pack?), not sure how yet; loaded broccoli (greek yogurt, bacon, butter, salt and pepper)

Hello!! :hiya: Sorry to be late in getting this thread started. Just fyi, anyone can start it. Just have a quick look to be sure it hasn't already been started and then fire away!!!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
taco salad (leftovers) 3rd day....

Good morning!

I am modifying my WOE so some items may look odd to you.

B - No cook refrigerator oatmeal with strawberries - never made this before, hope it's tasty.

L - Soup, Joseph's pita turned into crackers/chips. Something else, with protein?

D - Turkey Meatloaf - another new recipe. Green Salad. Brown rice?

S - Homemade hummus if I get to it, sliced cucumbers, ricotta cheese

1 egg with lean piece of pork
squash cooked with butter and onion
Later for supper:
stir fry over zucchini noodles

L: 48 oz water
D: Shakushuka (assorted veggies sauteed, add tomato sauce, a bit of beef sausage link, tomatoes and spices...crack eggs on top and let simmer until done. Deeeeelish)

b - cheese omlet, two slice bacon, two slice ham, one sausage patty
l - caesar salad with shaved cheese, grilled chicken, x-tra anchovies, caeser dressing (no croutons, please)

Ha, ha - apparently I didn't take my own advice in checking to see if the thread had been started.... sorry Dottie!!:o

Change in menu ... unintended I.F. day.

I had bpc and another coffee/hwc
at 3:30 just having a cup of homemade broth (soooooo good)
salmon fillet on shirataki noodles with Alfredo sauce with a few mushrooms

B: whey protein mixed with almond milk. coffee/cream
S: atkins vanilla shake (work break)
L: sliced cucumbers, red/yellow/orange bell peppers, jicama and ranch dip. walnuts. starbucks grande americano with sf vanilla syrup and a couple T of hwc
D: hamburger patty on a high fiber wrap with a laughing cow cheese wedge, lettuce and salsa.

carbs: 54
fiber: 25
calories: 1365
