I am modifying my WOE so some items might look odd to you.

B - Eggs and Bacon baked inside an Avacado, Coffee w/half and half and Splenda

L - Caesar salad with chicken and water.

PRE Dinner Mini Meal - Some cream cheese on turkey slices so I don't arrive at the pot luck hungry.

D - It's a pot luck! So my Broccoli Bacon salad and whatever meat there is. Hopefully someone will bring another LC side.

More water AGAIN today.

Snacks - Almonds, cheese sticks.

Back on track today after a week or so of bad eating.

B: 1 sausage patty, scrambled eggs, black coffee

coffee w/cream

L: leftover carnitas w/sour cream and taco sauce

D: I pulled some hamburgers out of the freezer, will pick up some LC veggie at store tonight.

Cruising along. Into my second week of a 4-week clean eating challenge to finally drop the last few pounds. Down 2 pounds the first week, and 2 more pounds until goal!

B: Black tea with 2 truvia, HWC
L1: Baked hake fish with an onion/garlic/mayo topping; two tomatoes baked with butter and garlic
L2: Power greens salad with vidalia onions, anchovies, and EVOO/lemon juice
S: 1 oz. brussels sprouts chips
D: Egg "sandwich": scrambled eggs with pimento cheese sauce and vidalia onions in between two pieces of thick breakfast ham.

B: protein powder mixed with unsweetened almond milk. coffee/cream
S: atkins vanilla shake (work break)
L: an avocado, yellow, orange, red bell peppers/ranch dip, scrambled eggs/pepper jack cheese. coffee/cream
D: Chia seeds softened in almond milk then mixed with pumpkin, unsweetened coconut, pine nuts, cinnamon, sf davinci's

total carbs: 44
fiber: 25
calories: 1299
