1400 cal and 10-12 carbs is pretty close to what I'm doing in nutritional ketosis (< 18 grams) and I'm striving to look at this as my final campaign. I'm hoping that hitting goal will be anticlimactic and my meals are the exact same the next day and each day after.
Thanks for the kind words, sbarr!! Well losing the weight has never ever been a problem... cause when I do A '72 I do it religiously. But maintenance is a new challenge and I think you hit the nail on the head in the fact that for me, its anticlimactic and my meals are the same day in and day out.

I'm not saying that's boring at least not me. Gosh, it's so easy. I know exactly what I can and can not eat and I know what my limits are. So that's super cool! I'm not stressing about "did I lose a pound today -- did I gain one???" 28 days of no weight loss or gain. I'm very excited about that!

Here's the part of the article that really spoke to me:

“In short, if you've had a reasonable weight loss and you find yourself stuck on a plateau for a month or more, consider rewarding yourself for having nailed a month of maintenance.”

Let me apologize for getting way off topic from the original post. Sorry, muncheechee!
