fridge salad
baked chicken breast with the skin and bone (juicier that way) and homemade bbq sauce with a side of cucumber salad

Huge mixed green salad with some kind of meat and blue cheese dressing.

L: leftover salad with tomato, romaine, a couple of mushrooms, sliced hardboiled egg, sunflower seeds and lemon-tahini dressing

D: grassfed beef mini burgers with sauteed onion, cherry tomatoes, mayo and a side of creamed cauli

Remember I'm modifying things so you'll see some odd choices. I was sick today so my calories and carbs are both extra low.

B - Omelet with Sausage and veggies
L - skipped do to bad headache

Snack - a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese
D - Chili and brown rice
