I’d love to hear some stories from people who have experienced the woosh!
Maybe you stalled for a bit and then suddenly you had a woosh of weight disappear? Perhaps, you were about to give up, throw in the towel, and then WOOOOSH!

I see that there are already a few threads on this subject - Sorry about that. Well, in any case, if you have a story to tell us about a time when you were juuuust about to give up and you didn't, then saw a woooosh, I would really love to read it.

I guess you could say I need some words of encouragement on the subject. Show me some love, y'all!

Still waiting for the whoosh fairy too so I can't give any stories, but don't give up! You are so close to your goal listed in your profile. I know it seems forever away, but you've already made great progress! Keep at what you're doing and you'll see her soon!

Thank you!! It's funny, the weight was falling off so fast at first that I was sure I would continue to lose the weight that fast - Boy oh boy was I wrong! So, yeah, now I need a WOOOSH!!!!

Remember though that the weight you loose in the first 2 weeks is 90% water weight. You aren't actually losing any more fat than you would in the second month for example. So it's not slowing down in a way that a lot of people think it is.

I feel like I have whooshed this week but it is more like getting fully back on track after being off the wagon and then having less than pure week because I was out of town. However, I have had a couple of times when I felt like loss was super slow then suddenly my weight dropped.
