It's SATURDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all. Hope you are all well?

Breakfast: Bacon, pepper and Swiss cheese scramble with spring onions.

Lunch: I'm heading to the gym soon so I'm thinking I might pick up half a lemon and herb chicken from Nandos and have that with some lettuce, avocado and mayo for a good protein hit!

Dinner: Gammon steak with two fried eggs and a few cherry tomatoes.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel.

Plus lots of water and green tea.

Hi All,
I'm starting the day with a salad: romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, ham chunks, lc italian dressing, bpcocoa
L:This is pretty good, might do it again for lunch!
S: Probably a chicken thigh
snack: I got unsalted peanut butter and just added some to that salty stuff I had, It's better, so BP peanut butter.

Changed my mind already. I was hungry now so I made a big salad. I'm not sure if I'll be hungry later or not. If so might just snack on HB eggs.

Amber! So happy to see you again! The daily menu post just isn't the same without you starting it.

B: leftover chicken wings w/Franks buffalo sauce
L: the inside of my son's lunch wrap at birthday party (1/2 slice ham, 2 pieces of pepperoni), picked the chicken out of the leftover chicken alfredo that had been dumped in with corn

several Strongbow ciders-30 carbs (it's the weekend! Went skiing for a couple of hour in the sunshine, party atmosphere up there on days like this)

D: Will be a fatty chuck steak w/ steak sauce and steamed broccoli
