Late Breakfast : half a grapefruit, 1 nuked Quest bar & half a cup of my crockpot Pork/Quinoa which was beyond yummy & I couldn't resist this morning to try
Lunch :crockpot Pork/Quinoa
Dinner : crockpot turkey
Snack : parmesan cheese crisps

coffee, water & 1 cherry Coke Zero

Brunch was cauliflower and cheese with a hamburger




Dinner will be either roasted veggies (cauliflower and Brussels) and a few slices of bacon, or an omelet. I haven't decided yet.
