I am back!!

Hi everyone, I was lost for a while and now I am found. I was 142.5 before my trip to China, I came back with only a 2-3 lbs gain, don't remember.
Took that off in a few days then Christmas visited and up 6 lbs.- 148.5.
Two days after Christmas we had to put down our little Italian greyhound - Depression!!
Two weeks after that went to Manzanillo, Mexico for 9 weeks to escape winter. Came back with a loss of 5 lbs.143.5. Up and down that 5 lbs.
since my return. Easter came and went and now it is time to buckle down and get serious again.

Yesterday, I started on Induction with some fruit 4 berries at lunch and 1/4 of mango last night, well I guess not full Induction but will take that 1 lb. loss at 146.5 this morning.

Doing good so far this morning. Read some posts and getting motivated again.

Still can't get motivated to exercise but that will come with the warmer weather.

I will take it one day at a time and any loss that will come my way without getting frustrated if I do not have any losses some days.

Well, welcome back! You certainly had a lot going on. But, see, I read your post and think, dang! With all that going on, she did GOOD!

Nope, fruit isn't on induction, but if you can eat it and still lose, why not? Good luck on your re-start!!

WOW!! Afuentes, I wish I would look like that but it will never happen. I must be realistic, my physic and age will not allow it. Weight must also be age appropriate so I will just settle for a healthy and slimmer body than that that I have now.

Am doing great so far today, had some grapes as a snack did not want to disappoint a little old lady at my mom's retirement residence. Every time that I visit my mom she always brings us fruit in the afternoon. She makes it her mission to go get my mom fruits in the afternoon as my mom has some mobility issues. She is so sweet. Thank goodness it was only fruit and not candy or cookies. LOL

OK The grapes did not do me in, down 2 lbs. this morning -144.5.
I am on the right track.
