Canola oil/chicken

I am starting to see a pattern. Canola oil and chicken both seem to make me feel horrible. Maybe I could chicken now and then, but in general, I don't think it is a good choice of meat for me.

Ok... so if I could have it MY way..which I am asking everyone to encourage me. I would eat fish, veggies, olive oil, nuts.

This seems to work for me.. why do I keep straying from it?

Canola oil and chicken have something in common. Both are high in inflammatory Omega 6 oils. So they are good things to avoid, particularly if you don't feel well after eating them--perhaps you're really sensitive to the inflammatory compounds. Canola oil is not the safe, good oil we've been led to believe.

Cook food in animal fats (lard, tallow), coconut oil or ghee. Save the olive oil for cold applications or as a "finishing oil"--it breaks down with high heat, too. Get your protein from fish, red meats, eggs--preferably wild (fish) pastured (meat and eggs).

Thank you. So, what is a good thing: I learned that I am not alone on this and I am not being ridiculous. I see a big change in my body when I use these items.

The only thing that made me question this is when I was on vacation in Vegas one month ago, I had grill chicken everyday and did not have these symptoms. Perhaps it was the combo of the oil and the chicken?

What kind of chicken broth is it? Unless you made it yourself, it may have questionable ingredients.
