bad reaction to store bought baked meatballs

I don't normally remember my dreams.
I recently purchased 2 packs of chicken meatballs at Sprouts Grocers in Arizona, and after each time I ate some--4 or 5--I'd either have a really hard time sleeping or staying asleep, and or have a nightmare. They were good, but I won't be getting them again, sadly, as they were part of nice, simple meals, either by themselves or with zuchinni, greens, or spaghetti squash or...

I don't have the packages anymore. IIRC, basically ground chicken and spices. Carbs, 1gm per 4 balls, I think. I don't now, never have used many spices, not much more than salt and pepper.

Hi Ella. If you like meatballs, Mellissa at I breathe, I'm Hungry was doing a different kind every Monday. I've marked a bunch of them. Easy for a dinner or a quick grab and go.

Wierd about the ones you bought though. Sometimes if I eat too late that can happen to me. No nightmares but not being able to sleep.

There can be a lot of MSG and even sugar hidden in the "spices", you have to read labels carefully. And most commercial meatballs are made with a bread filler.
