afuentes I have to ask!

Everyone has been admiring how wonderful you look including me and I have to ask you what your regimen is? If you could share a little about what your typical eating looks like and exercise, I would greatly appreciate it! I know everyone is different, but you look fantastic and I would love to know a few of your tips!

I do weight train 4-5 times a week and about the same cardio. Honestly it's my eating that is what keeps me where I want to be. Weight training would be a second. I love lifting though and focus on legs twice a week (heavy lifting at least one of those days) and upper body too of course.

Nice. Sounds like my own philosophy. I don't think I have your body, ( you look awesome) but I strive to feel fit and healthy.

My friend told me I was wicked skinny today and it funny, I thought I was having a fat day. Amazing how we are perceived by others.

Afuentes- I love cardio, and notice when I stop doing it as much, I don't look as lean. I am still doing weights though your post in the exercise thread inspired me to go out and lift more today. Thanks!!!!!
