Ended up being-

BPC, lemon zinger tea, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 bacon

more lemon zinger

Tuna hash patties (tuna, chopped onions, eggs, fried in bacon grease)

mandarin orange zinger

meant to make wings, had to run kids around, at a deconstructed Whopper, which was pretty nasty.

may still make wings...

home made greek yogurt (made with half & half), small handful each of blueberries and walnuts

tuna in olive oil

3 Tbs fresh ground peanut butter

giant plate of salad greens, mixed raw veggies, blue cheese crumbles, egg, ranch dressing, sunflower seeds

coffee with splenda drops & heavy WC, plain iced tea and water to drink

Day 6 back on my plan, feeling better, but I will have to watch my cravings, they are just evil in their way of sneaking that little nibble of a thought in....
