Protein bread in London!

I was recently in London and discovered 'protein bread' (made from wheat protein/soya protein) on sale at the Spelt Bakery at the Brent Cross shopping centre in NW London. (It has been there for a while but I never tried it before.) The nutritional stats were pretty good.

Since, in general, low carb bread is not available here, I thought some of you in the UK might be interested in that!
