Aomiel...Is that a homemade muffin (sour cream almond/flax muffin)?

B: Omelet (3 eggs, two of which are egg whites), almond milk, cheese, crumbled bacon

L: Salad with broccoli and zucchini, Romaine, Kale, and Spinach
Greek yogurt with oat bran, Stevia packet, one large strawberry

S: Chicken with cheese and salsa
Broccoli

Clackley...I am thinking of starting my day with a BPC instead of my omelet and then having my omelet for lunch. The problem is I love my omelet and it has become sort of a comfort food for me in the mornings. Does you BPC keep you full till lunch? What is your reasoning for starting your day with BPC?

Bpc is my 'liquid breakfast that doesn't give rise to insulin and provides plenty of energy. It also allows me to take advantage of my lack of hunger in the a.m. . Usually I start my day around 6 and am not hungry for food until about noon.
