I want to work hard on figuring out my carb counts. I have eaten the Greek yogurt with the oat bran for two years. I think it helps with constipation.

Breakfast : coffee
Lunch : steamed 4 oz salmon with 1 oz shrimp, half a cucumber pickled with acv, 1 packet of Equal and sea salt
Dinner : same as lunch
Snack : 2 fiber crackers with sf jam (if hungry)

1 Coke Zero, Coffee, water with lemon

I'm the same way with cheese - -I just love the string cheese(s) - hard to control myself - I do have 3 a day - but I could eat the whole bag - -ok - half the bag - nope - the whole bag ) [but I don't]
B = chicken salad on LC tortilla
L = homemade tomato soup/green salad/scoop of chicken salad
D = hamburger patti w green salad
Snack= diet orange soda w 2 tbl cream
3 cheese sticks
