It's WEDNESDAY! What's on your menu?
Good morning!!:hiya:

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
veggie salad with 1 ounce cheese, smoked salmon and a small avocado and dressed in homemade dill dressing
ham and shirataki noodles in cheese sauce

B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, mayo
L: leftover bolognese over chopped celery
D: omelette with chives and bacon crumbles (fried in bacon drippings! YUM)

B: coffee w/half and half; eggs scrambled w/cheese and salsa; pepperoni slices
L: HB eggs, 1 oz cheese, baby bell peppers
D: turkey burger w/salsa; green veggie

3 TBS coconut oil throughout the day.

B- 32 oz unsweetened hot tea, protein shake w/ almond milk and flax seed
L- AF/pumpkin "muffin" from scratch, and 2 T PB on 1/2 piece of a josephs lavash wrap
D- Garlic stir-fried veggies, and another 1/2 piece of a wrap w/ 2 T PB
Sn- Quest bar!
+ 64 oz plain water
I'll be running/walking 2.6 miles today and am also starting insanity today for 60 days!

I came here for inspiration..I woke up not hungry at all....nothing even sounds interesting!...your menus will give me ideas!

Breakfast : 1 nuked Quest bar with a Starbucks coffee with hwc & a 100 calorie pack of edadame
Lunch : big tuna salad with romaine, half a cucumber, some cherry tomatoes, some sprouts, parmesan cheese & full fat Ceasar dressing
Snack : lc tortilla with brie cheese (if I'm hungry later on)
Dinner : cream cheese crock pot chicken and an apple

1 Coke Zero, lots of water

D-I have some spinach that I need to use today so probably scrambled eggs w/spinach

L: Two small ground 98% fat free turkey patties with swiss/pepperjack cheese on lettuce, with tomato, mayo & mustard, 1/2 avocado and 2 piece turkey bacon
D: Kale sauteed in olive oil and maybe an egg
OR alternate D: Small salad with olive oil /Fat bomb
