salmon, dill quiche and homemade chicken broth
Asian pork burger on an oopsie with romaine leaf and mayo and onion

My food sac here at work is stocked with: cheese & pepperoni, big container of scrambled eggs with salsa (to reheat), baby bell peppers to munch, and hard cooked eggs, olives and pickles.

Here's to today's success!

Tonight at home will be: nice beef burger and a some baby brussels sprouts with butter and olive oil!

A small digression about yesterday's dinner: boyfriend and I went out for Turkish tapas after a movie and I had bits of cured beef loin, cod roe dip, fried brussels sprouts, octopus and swordfish. Man was that good. My favorite part was putting a dolop of cod roe dip on my beef loin and rolling it up. Heaven. Anyway, for today:

B: Black tea with 2 Truvia and half-and-half
L: Veal scalopini made with a very thin coating of almond meal and a sauce of white wine, beef stock, half a lemon with skin, and capers; Peppers and onions.
L2: Slice of homemade lowcarb bread with clotted cream and 3 slices deli turkey.
S: 1 oz. hot and spicy peanuts
D: 2 eggs scambled with butter, hwc, cheese, and white onion; 3 chicken breakfast sausage links.

No time for breakfast or lunch
Dinner-2 beef hot dogs with 1 slice Deluxe American cheese, salad with cheddar ranch and tomatoes,

Breakfast- LC Chocolate shake (4 grams)
Lunch- Bacon and peanuts (3 grams)
Dinner- Bacon, Cheddar and Garlic Sausage links with peeled cucumbers and ranch (4 grams)
Snack- Egg patty, sausage patty and 1/2 slice of cheese (0.5 grams)

11.5 grams total net carbs

Fell off track yesterday-had thai wings and then drank several bud rita's. Back to business today!

Diet Cran/Pom juice
coffee w/hwc
2 eggs

feta soaked in olive oil and chile
still eating the noodleless spinach lasagna
diet cherry 7-up

small amount of cheese, tiny bit of lunch meat (higher carb, fed rest to the Chihuahua)
baking mass amounts of wings right now, and will have 1/4 cup canned green beans too
