ham, cheese and mustard between 2 oopsies
salmon tango with dill sauce and probably zucchini noodles
B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon
L: 1/2 avocado, roast chicken, salad, vinaigrette and a cup of homemade chicken broth (yay! finally had enough bones and time to make some over the weekend!)
D: 3 egg omelette, fresh herbs, maybe one slice of crispy bacon crumbled over for flavour.
B: 3 bacon, chocolate "muffin" with butter, coffee wtih CO and coconut milk
L: probably nothing - maybe pack of peanuts
D: double burger w/o cheese or bun, side salad
B-bacon, fried eggs, coffee
L-6 naked wings w/Franks
D-not sure yet, but I know I'll have either roasted brussel sprouts or asparagus. I have new fancy olive oil I can't wait to use. Just not sure if I'm only having veggies or will add some sort of protein.

L: canned tuna with mayo and relish, fresh broccoli with ranch
D: hamburger Patty with ketchup and mayo, salad with Italian dressing
It's my birthday today so back to saving calories for my splurge meal
Breakfast : nuked Quest bar + coffee
Lunch : apple + coffee
Dinner : Mexican restaurant - some chips & fresh salsa, stuffed chiles but skipping the rice & beans, slice of birthday cake
Coffee + Coke Zero + water
Breakfast : 2 sausage mcmuffin w/ egg from MCD (no muffin) and iced coffee (no anything. added HWC and sweetener at home.
Lunch : Probably nothing, im not hungry. Afternoon I may have a fat bomb and something small.
Dinner : Probably a pizza bagel (GCLBC sesame bagel + pizza sauce + pepperoni + cheese) = HEAVEN.
I think for the day that's 2 for bfast - 3 for fat bomb, and 7 or so for dinner
Total around 12 carbs. Pretty standard day for me

Breakfast: ground sausage, coffee with cream/coconut oil/splenda
Lunch: chicken parmesan, italian green beans
Dinner: Cheri's creamy southwestern soup (with chicken breasts instead of ground beef)
Cruising along and 4.6 pounds from goal. I ate out a lot this weekend and stayed on plan. Most proud of Sunday high tea with my girlfriends. Tea accompaniments included scones, finger standwiches, and all sorts of pastries and baked goods. Instead, I had a pot of earl grey tea and a lunch of cream of crab soup and a wedge salad with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing. Pretty happy about that. So for today:
B: Black tea with 2 Truvia and half-and-half
L: Roasted chicken with EVOO and thyme; sauteed peppers and onions
L2: Salad of power greens, capers, white onion, cottage cheese with EVOO/lemon juice
S: 1 oz. hot and spicy peanuts
D: Going out for movies and dinner with boyfriend so not sure. On plan.

feta marinated in olive oil and chile powder

D = working late - will probably skip dinner & go straight to bed!

D: Sausage scramble, (sausage, spinach, sour cream, cheese), cabbage
Snack: SF Jello Fluff
Other: Decaf coffee w/HWC
3 cups coffee w/HWC (lil bit of honey in 1st cup)

Buffalo Chicken Dip w/Pork rinds

Lunch meat wrapped with cheese (2)

Diet Snapple mixed with mineral essence vitamin (liquid)
Came in a little high on my calories, 1650 with 48 net carbs

L: Beef medallion, shrimp with cheese wrapped in bacon and crab stuffed shrimp (Yay for restaurants with amazing low carb possibilities!)
D: Double quarter pounder with cheese no bun
S: a piece of cheese and 2 slices of bacon.
B: Coffee with HWC and SF Davinci's
L: Ultimate Double Whopper, no bun or mayo or pickles
Dinner: Steak, Salad
Water, Water, Water and more water
Late night snack: Coffee with HWC and Davinci's
Trying to get back on track after eating my heart out for over a week now.
Breakfast: Egg cream
Lunch: Egg cream
Dinner: Turkey/Sausage Meatballs w/ extra sharp cheese and spicy sauce.
I made a big batch of Egg cream last night to drink until dinner time. It's 10 eggs, 2 tbsp flax oil, 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cup coffee, and stevia to taste. It's the bulk of my calories/fat for the day. It's not bad, but needs more stevia and perhaps something more to flavor it up a bit.
