Being on ketosis and than eating spaghetti made me sick?

Just wondering if your body can freak out on eating more cache than usual?

I ate spaghetti with shitake noodles and the next thing I know I'm puking and my stomach really hurts?

Is this the cause or is it something else?

I'd consider it a good sign, personally.

I'm getting to the point where I think I might consider the act of eating bread or cookies to be gross and disgusting. I feel so "clean" on this diet that the thought of abandoning it is starting to become unthinkable.

Early this week I cheated and ate 3 thin mint Girl Scout cookies that someone had put in the kitchen at work, and I did feel a bit queasy in my stomach afterwards. But that's OK!

The shiritaki noodles can be hard to digest - that's the point of them, sort of. They're made of an indigestible fiber, which is why they don't have carbs. The fiber goes right through you.

I've sometimes eaten them without problems, but other times they've really upset my stomach so I haven't tried them in a long time. I do better sticking to digestible foods .

Not sure what you ate? You had wheat noodles combined with shirataki noodles?

If so, you likely have discovered that wheat is very difficult for your body to tolerate.

If you had pasta sauce with your shirataki noodles, I would not be able to hazard a guess as to the cause of your discomfort unless as Leeloo suggested, the glucomannan is 100% fiber and may cause your gut to respond in a forceful way depending on the state of your gut flora.
