Little Victory- Slimmer face!

I've only been low carbing for 3 weeks and just restarted induction on Monday (had a flu over the weekend) and while I've only lost 5 pounds so far- my face is DRAMATICALLY slimmer. I feel like at least a half pound came off my jowls, chin and cheeks. Now if the rest of my body could catch up... Total motivational boost!

Congratulations! Isn't it crazy (in a good way) that the non-scale victories are the biggest motivators for us sometimes?!! And just think, the best is yet to come. Keep up the good work!

I lose in my face first, too, which is SO nice! Congratulations on your progress and your hard work paying off - keep it up!

That is so so great! Good for you! I notice it the most in my face (and I suppose shoulders) as well. The doors of the elevator I take at work are metallic and basically mirrors. I was so taken with my face yesterday that when the doors opened so I could get off on my floor, I realized I had been sort of making flirty eyes at myself in the door without realizing it...and there were like 6 people in there will me....good thing I only ride that elevator every day and am very likely to see all of those people again lol!

Congrats! And I'm so jealous! I lose it in my wrists and my chest first. The first thing that goes down is my bra size! LOL!

Honestly, I wish my chest would go down! I seem to struggle the most with having a large chest for my small frame. It will go down.... hopefully

If anyone has ANY thoughts on how to decrease breast size, feel free to comment)

Congrats on the victory! I can't wait to see the difference in my own face, too bad I think it will be one of the last things to change.
