Stupid Scale!
So I have been sticking within my carb limit (50-100 per day) and my scale wasn't budging, in fact it was going up. I know it's TOM but really I have been doing really good this past week with the carb #'s. So today I finally had enough when I KNOW I was really low on carbs (59 yesterday) and I had a 2oz gain, and I decided to use my hubby's scale, which is a high capacity scale (550#) and I know it's more accurate as it was close to what the Dr's scale told him he weighed last visit. I am down 4# on this scale! So out with my crappy cheapo scale and in with the hubby's expensive one :)

I knew I was losing as my clothes are getting looser. So I am down 13# now. I am on day 15. I think I am doing pretty good especially since I normally gain 5-10# during TOM, I retain a TON of H20. Anyways just wanted to share. I hate my old scale. Even changed the battery on it and it wasn't budging.

That is great! :up: Good job on staying focused and not letting that lying scale derail you! Before you chuck it, maybe it needs a new battery?

I wish this was my problem. I had a really discouraging weigh-in this morning - up 1.4 pounds :dunno: I've been on plan all week, it's not that TOM and I am well-hydrated, so I can't blame any of the usual suspects. I track my calories, so the rational part of my brain knows that it is not a true fat gain, but it does throw you for a loop when you are expecting a lower number based on your behaviors.

Oh well... on to next week! Not going to let one bad weigh-in keep me down!!!
