Good morning!! :)

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon and egg
leftover roast chicken and mashed cauli
gluc pudding

B: BPC and small portion of ground pork in a sesame leaf
L: bunless hamburger
D: Pork and Kimchi
S: Korean seaweed and possibly some sugarfree jello, or more ground pork in sesame leaf if I get hungry

Changed my first meal to avocado salad instead of bacon and egg.

Pretty basic menu for me today:

B: 3 hard-boiled eggs
L: Grilled chicken salad w/ Ranch dressing
D: Probably leftover roasted chicken & asparagus

If I need to snack, it will either be mozzarella cheese slices or boiled shrimp

Breakfast : cup of diced pineapple with flax/hemp/chia seeds sprinkled on top
Lunch : 1 serving of cubed steak with artichoke with 1 tbsp of salsa
Snack : 2 celery stacks with 2 oz of hummus
Dinner : either salmon/shrimp/zucchni noodle casserole or cream cheese chicken casserole with mushrroms and coleslaw & 2 fiber crackers with sf jam

1 Coke Zero, 1 coffee with hwc, water with lemon

Lunch: Cheri's Creamy Southwestern Taco Soup

Dinner: tuna salad lettuce wraps

Having a REALLY hard time being accountable right now for a million different reasons. I have to get back to routine and prepping planning and posting.

B: coffee with hwc sweetn low, and have been skipping the CO until this morning.

L: big salad with ranch and a skewer of sirloin

D: I have chicken leg quarters marinating for the grill this evening, sliced tomatos and half an acorn squash with kerrygold

Lots of water

4 weeks till my 35th birthday-I've GOT to get it together this week.

B: 2 cups coffee 2/hwc, 2 slices of bacon
L: Atkins sausage primavera meal, CarbSmart banana cream yogurt
D: Going to grocery store-will be meat and asparagus I've been meaning to cook for several weeks.

D: corned beef, cabbage

Coffee with half and half (out of hwc)
Omelette with 3 egg whites 1 yolk, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup mushrooms, cream, and cheese

Lunch:
Grilled chicken salad with ranch

Supper:
Cod Fillet and cauliflower mash w/butter

Snacks: Tea with HWC, probably some cheese and ham sausage

Had to share.... Meal plans changed for tonight.... Stuffed quail with fried cabbage. Yum! I skipped the stuffing, and the quail was harvested here on my ranch last season!

B = 2 hb eggs + 3 sausage links + coffee with almond milk, sweet n low and Torani sugar-free salted caramel syrup

L= Costco frozen angus beef patty topped with cheddar + 3 jalapeno halves stuffed with a mixture of taco meat, shredded cheddar & cream cheese

D= corned beef + cabbage + 1 small turnip

Dessert = 2 strawberries dipped in sour cream mixed with Torani sugar-free chocolate syrup
