Good morning! Brutally cold and snowy here. When is spring ever going to break thruogh????

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
tuna on oopsie with dill pickle
leftover pork burger with celeriac fries

Woke up kind of sleepy and with a wonky belly so I might nap this morning instead of eating breakfast. I had a sick little one all night last night, hope I'm not getting whatever she had.

L-probably my usual chicken wings.
D-I'm making tuna salad today so maybe a salad with tuna on the side.

Lunch : 1 small serving of my crock pot pork casserole
Snack : 1 Quest Bar Mixed Berry Bliss
Dinner : cubed steak + artichoke & 2 fiber crackers with sf jam

1 coffee with hwc, water with lemon

30 min of some type of exercise

Dinner turned into BLT's. Had two huge wraps, with tons of bacon, mayo, and tomatoes. Yum!

Snacks: Pork Rinds, Cottage Cheese, String Cheese
(I am for 50-100 carbs per day)
