Agreed!! Those stops and starts you experience can make you want to quit sometimes, but things are still happening. You will occasionally wake up and notice that something has changed--your shoulders are less rounded, your wrists are smaller, you can cross your legs....these are all so gratifying! I haven't lost any pounds since October (my fault), but we just took a family photo and, for the first time in ages, I didn't have a double chin!

You look amazing in more ways than just weight loss, although we can all see it. There is also a glow about you now and that merely enhances the way you look. Keep up the good work!
