Annoyed with the scale

Not for the normal reasons but for kind of an odd one. I live in a trailer and the floor is not level in all places. So I try to weigh where it looks level and it says a number and I go weigh in another "level" looking spot and it says another number. Is there something I can put underneath my scale so I can get an accurate read?

Digital scales have this problem. The one I have says the scale should be moved as little as possible and if moved, it needs to be re-calibrated. If yours is such a beast, it's best to leave it in one spot.

Geez. I throw my hands up with mine I got three very different numbers. Mine is digital. The brand is Health O Meter. It doesn't like my floor and I don't like it.

I swiped an unused book shelf board/plank from somewhere in the house, and put the scale on that. Consistent readings since then.
