leftover stir fry
salmon tango with dill sauce and zucchini noodles
Breakfast : flax/chia OMM, bowl of mixed berries
Lunch : left over ground chicken about 6 oz + small mixed green salad with full fat Marie's dressing with cherry tomato
Snack : 2 oz of full fat GY with some sf grape preserves
Dinner : either cubed steak with asparagus or ground bison with mushrooms + 1 sauteed zucchini in butter
1 Coke Zero, 1 coffee with hwc, lots of water with lemon
** maybe a pilates dvd
Coffee with HWC and SF French vanilla.
2 egg omelet with cheese and ham
Lunch may be a turkey sandwich on GLCBC
Dinner . no idea
Not happy, since I returned home from hospital 9 days ago im not down anything, which is the longest stall ive had. despite eating pretty dang good.
oh well. it will happen

My fridge is about empty. I want to get to the store today, but I have a lot of work to do.

I am back on track and losing after an uncharacteristic cheat on Friday night.
B: pink lemonade (made with desani flavor drops)
L: green curry with shrimp
S: 1 oz. mixed nuts
D: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese; 3 small chicken sausage links; cottage cheese; small salad.
Starting fat fasts for three days:
L: cream cheese and peanut butter
D: cream soup coleslaw
L-chicken breast and green beans
D-Fish and salad with Ranch
B: 3 egg white 1 egg yolk scrambled with 1/4 cup mushrooms and 1/4 cup shredded cheese
L: 1 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup chopped celery, 6oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbls ranch dressing
D: Not sure. I have to eat at work, so whatever I can pick out of that supplied meal. :)
B- coffee with cream, smoked salmon and chive cream cheese roll ups
L- boiled shrimp
D-?? nothing maybe
Turkey w/cream cheese
SF peanut butter cups
B: coffee w/hwc, 3 small turkey sausage patties
L: pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella microwaved, egg salad, diet Mug root beer
S: coffee w/hwc, rest of egg salad
D: innards of an Arby's junior ham and cheddar, small amount of spaghetti sans noodles and canned green beans
