Ross Chocolate Bars after induction?
Does anyone have opinions about using Ross chocolate bars after induction? I have never used them and just wonder if they stall people or if they are a good alternative to chocolate for an occasional "treat"? Thanks!

they taste amazing. Probably the best LC chocolate I have ever tasted. But I am telling you... you will get gas and diarrhea from just one bar so be careful. I don't really gain weight but I don't lose any either. So if you are still planning on losing more weight I would probably limit these bars.

I remember Ross bars! I didn't know they were still around! I agree that they are the best LC chocolate, I used to make chocolate mousse with them with HWC. So unbelievably great.

I prefer ChocoPerfection or Lily's Sweets chocolate bars - no malitol in either brand. HealthSmart brand is also good but not quite as tasty.
